- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment / Volume Hiring.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
- Work on different job portals.
- Vendor Management.
- Coordination with the candidates and the internal stake holders.
- On boarding, Documentation formalities.
- Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
- Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.
