Job description:
- Nature of Business Full Time and technical support voice program,
Document trouble shooting steps clearly. - Greet customers in a courteous,friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customers needs and concerns;demonstrate empathy.
- Clarify customers requirements;probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem troubleshooting of software and applications
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and improve productivity.
Job Skills Required:
- Graduates/Under Graduates with or without experience with good technical knowledge and good communication skills
