- Responsible for answering/placing technical support chats and abide by the prescribed norms.
- Internet technologies ; ISP, dialer application(s), email clients, browsers.
- Resolving customers queries Via Chat.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
- Must be able to join immediately- work location would be Airoli.
- Prior experience with Chat or Email Process would be an added advantage.
