- Level 1 technical support in B2B and B2C environments.
- Customer service support.
- Collections, Marketing and any outbound calling support.
- Any other experience supporting international customers through phone / chat / email.
- Experience in dealing with clients in client support roles (other than calling profiles) are welcome too, provided candidates have very good spoken English skills.
