Description About Job :
- Handling inbound calls from US and resolving customer grievances.
- Should have basic technical knowledge of ISP.
- Troubleshooting of Internet connections.
- Excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar.
- Good knowledge of computer.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
