Job Description
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support/technical support.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal, Written, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems and take the right decision for the customer.
- Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, excellent customer diplomacy skills, and problem ownership- go above and beyond to provide magical support.
- Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
- Rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer care team.
- Documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System.
- Monitoring Call tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
- Follow-up with participants within a 24-hour period.
- Answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
