Job Description
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with mandatory 0.6 to 1.6 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing experience is preferred.
- Exposure to various active and passive sourcing channels including social media to generate qualified candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to gain Industry knowledge quickly to understand the market, competitors and the talent landscape.
- Have the ability to reach out into the external market to effectively identify, attract and interact with passive candidates.
- Possess hands on experience in the hiring life cycle, conducting walk-in drives and hiring tools.
